There is nothing 다음에 to부정사가 오는 패턴입니다. to부정사가 nothing을 꾸며 주며 형용사 역할을 하는 것입니다. 그래서 '~할 것은 아무 것도 없다'는 의미를 전하는 것입니다.

▶ 할 말이 없다.

There is nothing to be scared of.
▶ 두려워할 건 하나도 없어.
